Smart, clean, bright hotel. Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the ski run. Personal heated ski lockers and parking. Excellent spa with small pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wine list. Great Austrian/German meals. Restaurant service excellent. Charming host with a sense of humor.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the main ski slopes at Fiss, and a short walking distance to the ski rental. the proximity to the ski lift makes it convenient to ski right back to the hotel. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the slopes. the service is impeccable, and the breakfast is rich and well-presented.

Some amenities need improvement, such as the ski room that is quite small, and with limited space for many guests.

Pleasant staff and excellent spa area with a variety of options. the location was ideal for access to ski slopes and ski rental. the personal heated ski lockers and underground parking were a great advantage during the stay.

Small ski room which easily became cramped and the lobby/bar area lacked charm.

The modernisation is excellent, resulting in a bright and clean space. Our spacious room overlooked a long blue ski run, and personal heated ski lockers were available, along with parking. The hotel facilities included an excellent spa with a small pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a typical Austrian/German meal from their good wine list and had excellent restaurant service. The location was convenient, close to a funicular to the ski slopes.

Our recent stay was amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean with a stunning view of the slopes. The spa offered a variety of options to relax after a long day of skiing! The location is perfect with everything within a short walk away. We particularly loved the fact that the hotel is situated right next to the ski lift. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices!

The only issue we had was with the ski room, which was small and could get crowded during peak hours. We had some trouble fitting all our gear in there.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is amazing, just a short walk away from the funicular that takes you up to the beautiful mountains. The service and housekeeping here are top-notch, always keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the staff from the management downward were friendly and welcoming. I also loved the amenities available, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
